Temi Nkem receives SUV, ₦90m cash prize as BBNaija Season 11 winner

The winner of Big Brother Naija Season 11, Temi Nkem, has officially received a Hyundai SUV and a ₦90 million cash prize as part of her ₦160 million grand prize promised by the show organisers.
The handover came two days after Temi was crowned winner of the “Show Ya Sef” edition of the show at a ceremony held on Tuesday at the MultiChoice studio in Lagos.
The brand-new Hyundai SUV was presented to the reality TV star by representatives of the show’s sponsors.
The ₦90 million cash prize was presented as a cheque, while she later took pictures with the vehicle and its keys. The 21-year-old revealed that she already has plans to invest her cash prize.
Temi was joined by her co-stars and fellow Season 11 housemates, Aikou, Tram, Bluethopia, Araga, Oyin, Chimsom, Bells and Yusuf, at the event.
In her vote of thanks, she expressed gratitude to God, her family and her supporters, particularly members of her fan base, known as the “Teminators”. She also thanked viewers who voted for her during the 10-week competition and helped her secure the title.
Temi was crowned the winner at the grand finale of the show on Sunday after defeating Aikou, who finished as the first runner-up with 23.68 per cent of the final votes. Temi secured 25.87 per cent, while Sheba, the second runner-up, finished with 9.80 per cent.
The victory made Temi the fifth female winner in the history of Big Brother Naija, following Mercy Eke, Phyna, Ilebaye and Imisi.
