Threat to life: family calls for rescue
The unexpected happened on August 1, 2021, when my sister’s husband, Prince Bamidele Sanmi Emmnauel was kidnapped on his way to Ibadan from Oshogbo till date he has not been found.
As effort to create a balance, the case was reported at the station and a police report was obtained.
This continued on August 6, 2021, my sister, Mrs. Bamidele Abisayo Abiodun relocated herself and her children to a place believed to be safe for fear of being attacked since the assailants had vowed to wipe out her entire family from the surface of the earth.
On August 12, 2021, another attack was carried out at house No.15, Alaru Close, Road 2, Ajara Ifelodun Estate, Off Olorunda Aba Road, Akobo Ibadan, the house was believed to still harbor my sister and her
children at that time, fruitless efforts to locate them led the assassins to set the house ablaze and unfortunately, the only person left in the house, one Mr. Bamidele Abidemi Elijah sustained various degrees of injuries, burns and in the process for survival got suffocated and went to comma, he was rushed to Bamby Specialist Hospital, Akobo, Ibadan.
However, he was resuscitated and treatment on severe burns commenced, he was on and off the hospital as an outpatient from August 12, 2021 to June 23rd, 2022 when he finally died. Our correspondent gathered that on the August 12, 2021, a case of arson was incidented at the Police Station, Akobo Division in Ibadan, Oyo State, and on June 23, 2022 case of death arising from severe burns was also reported at the same station.
