Timi Dakolo, Whitelion, others attend Yhemolee’s wedding in Lagos

Nigerian celebrities, including Timi Dakolo and Chidiebere Miracle Ambrose, also known as Whitelion, were among the notable guests at the traditional wedding ceremony of showbiz personality Yhemolee and his partner, Eyitayo.
The event, organized by Jahira Events & Co, was well-attended by friends, family, and associates of the couple. Yhemolee, a nightlife influencer and media personality, exchanged vows with his partner, affectionately known as Tayo B, on Saturday, August 31, in Lagos.
The couple, who had previously held a civil wedding at the Ikoyi registry in Lagos, had their traditional ceremony marked by a joyous celebration among family and friends. Yhemolee had announced his upcoming nuptials by sharing romantic photos of himself and his bride on Instagram.
One of the ceremony’s memorable moments was when Whitelion, a close friend of Yhemolee, showered him with numerous wads of Naira, making quite a spectacle. A viral video captured Whitelion throwing bundles of money from a distance, with guests scrambling to pick up the cash as he continued his generous display.
In a creative twist, Whitelion introduced a unique style of “spraying” money, asserting himself as the “best man of the year.” As he continued to toss the bundles, those around Yhemolee eagerly collected the money until the video faded out.
Notably absent from the event was Asake, Yhemolee’s close friend in the music industry, who was on a world tour promoting his latest album, Lungu Boy. On the day of the wedding, Asake was scheduled to perform in New York, United States.
