Tinubu celebrates Defence Minister Badaru on birthday

President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of Defence, Alhaji Mohammed Badaru Abubakar, on his birthday, September 29.

In a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President joined family, friends, and well-wishers in celebrating the former governor of Jigawa State, describing him as a consummate administrator.

Tinubu commended Badaru’s dedication to public service, recalling his leadership in Jigawa between 2015 and 2023, during which he oversaw key interventions in security, agriculture, and infrastructure.

The President prayed that God grants the minister many more years of good health and strength.
