Tinubu urges Nigerians to promote unity, stop negative talk

…says administration focused on agriculture and education

President Bola Tinubu has called on Nigerians to desist from speaking ill of the country, stressing the importance of unity and nation-building.

Speaking on Tuesday in Owerri during his goodwill address at a book launch and project commissioning, the President said:

“Those of you speaking negatively about Nigeria should stop doing so. Sixty-five years is not a joke. We must educate our children and elderly, and invest in mechanisation in agriculture.”

The President also expressed gratitude to the people of Imo State for their warm hospitality during his visit.
