U17 Women’s World Cup: Flamingos return home

After exiting the ongoing U-17 FIFA Women’s World Cup, Nigeria’s Flamingos have returned to the country.
Despite a strong start to the tournament, the Nigerian side fell to the United States in the quarterfinals.
The Americans showcased their dominance, winning the game comfortably 2-0.
The team, led by Coach Bankole Olowookere, returned from the Dominican Republic in the early hours of Tuesday.
