Yemi Alade rues loss of money, personal effects in Abidjan as thieves raid her hotel

Singer Yemi Alade, was upbeat about her visit to Abidjan over the weekend where she had gone to perform as one of the musical artistes of the Creative Africa Nexus show.

The show had in attendance top artistes and other creatives across Africa and was sponsored by Orange Telecom, the largest network in Ivory Coast.

Yemi Alade lamented that some thieves got into her hotel room and stole all the money and other valuable they could find.

Taking to her Instagram page on Monday, the singer wrote: “A few minutes after I left my room, some unknown people decided to go through my things and steal: all the money they could find. Very good.”
