Young Nigerians are champions of Tinubu administration – Sunday Dare

Special Adviser to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Media and Public Communications, Chief Sunday Dare, has said that young Nigerians are the true champions of the present administration.
He made the assertion while addressing over 24,000 youths during the Arise Congress 2.0. The event, themed “The Emergence of Champions,” is being held at the Baptist International Convention Centre along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway from Wednesday, September 3, to Saturday, September 6, 2025.
In his keynote address, Chief Dare, who also chairs the Youth and Student Ministries Advisory Board of the Nigerian Baptist Convention, urged Nigerian youths to harness their faith, talents, and skills to make a positive impact in their communities.
He emphasized that the President’s policies provide opportunities for young people to excel, stressing the importance of character, discipline, determination, and self-motivation. He clarified that his speech was motivational rather than political.
Chief Dare highlighted key programs benefiting youths, including the NELFUND Tuition Loans and Stipends, which now support over 600,000 students nationwide. He also cited the Renewed Hope Conditional Cash Transfer program, designed to provide affordable housing for three million vulnerable households.
He noted efforts in food security and poverty alleviation, with the administration releasing thousands of metric tons of grains from federal strategic reserves and implementing emergency nutrition support in several states.
