Zichis Agro-Allied Industries to hold 3rd AGM in Abeokuta

Integrated agribusiness company, Zichis Agro-Allied Industries Plc, has announced that its 3rd annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, 30 April 2026.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, the company disclosed that the AGM is scheduled to take place at the Conference Centre, No. 1 Golf Resort Drive, Presidential Boulevard, Abeokuta, Ogun State.

According to the company, shareholders will consider and deliberate on the audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, as well as other statutory and corporate governance matters in line with regulatory requirements.

The meeting will also provide an opportunity for shareholders to review and approve resolutions relating to the company’s strategic growth initiatives, operational expansion plans, and other business matters aimed at enhancing long-term shareholder value.

Zichis Agro-Allied Industries Plc, which operates across poultry, aquaculture, feed milling, and oil palm cultivation, was listed on the Growth Board of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on 20 January 2026.

Since its listing, the company has continued to strengthen its operational capacity across key segments of Nigeria’s agricultural value chain. It currently operates poultry facilities with over 30,000 layers for egg production, brooding operations involving over 20,000 day-old chicks and growers, and aquaculture activities across 22 earthen ponds.

The company has also expanded its feed milling capacity from 2 tonnes per hour (TPH) to 5TPH to meet rising commercial demand. In its Q1 2026 audited financial report, Zichis Agro-Allied Industries Plc recorded a revenue of ₦420 million and a profit after tax of ₦228 million.

The company reaffirmed its commitment to sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and the delivery of long-term value to shareholders and stakeholders.
