AbdulRazaq applauds Tinubu for appointing Oloriegbe as NHIA Chairman

Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has commended President Bola Tinubu for appointing Senator Ibrahim Yahaya Oloriegbe as the Chairman of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA).

In a statement issued on Sunday by his Chief Press Secretary, Rafiu Ajakaye, the Governor described Oloriegbe’s appointment as a perfect fit, citing his medical expertise, commitment to the health sector, and impactful tenure as Chairman of the Senate Committee on Health.

AbdulRazaq expressed deep appreciation to President Tinubu, noting that the appointment, like previous ones, is a significant honor for the people of Kwara State, particularly members of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

He expressed confidence that Oloriegbe’s vast experience and professional network would enhance the NHIA’s operations, ensuring better healthcare services for Nigerians.

The Governor also prayed for divine guidance and success in Oloriegbe’s new role while urging stakeholders in the health sector to support him in advancing the NHIA’s mandate.
