D’Tigers began the clash on a strong note, winning the first, second, and third quarters comfortably.
After edging the first quarter 28-27, the Nigerians extended their dominance, taking the second quarter 30-16 and the third 26-12, building a massive lead going into the last quarter.
Cameroon, however, mounted a strong fightback in the fourth quarter, drastically reducing the margin.
