Ajayi added that by addressing driver fatigue, health issues, and mental alertness, the state will be able to achieve its corps’ 2026 road safety mandate.

The assistant corps commander further reaffirmed that the unit is committed to promoting road safety through public enlightenment, humane engagement, and community partnership.

In his remarks, the Acting Chairman of Owo Local Government Area, Mr Ibrahim Hammed, represented by Mr Aminu O. Rasaq, commended the FRSC for extending its work beyond enforcement into public wellness.
