High Chief Adaja Benjamin emerges regent of Ore community

The Ondo State Government has approved the appointment of High Chief Adaja Akindele Adenika Benjamin as the regent of Ore community in Odigbo Local Government Area.
The approval was conveyed through the state Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs in an official letter dated April 1, 2026.
The correspondence was signed by a ministry official, O. M. Fred-Ojo, on behalf of the Permanent Secretary and addressed to the new regent through the Chairman of Odigbo Local Government Area.
The government stated that the appointment followed the acceptance of a recommendation made by the High Chiefs of Ore community, adding that it was satisfied with the selection process.
It also congratulated the appointee, describing the appointment as well deserved.
