Korede Bello, Lala Akindoju, others celebrate Kunle Afolayan at 49

Top Nigerian celebrities from the music and film industries took to Instagram to celebrate renowned filmmaker and actor Kunle Afolayan on his 49th birthday.
Celebrities, along with fans, flooded the comment section to wish the creator and director of the Netflix original film Anikulapo a happy birthday.
Korede Bello commented, “Happy birthday, king.”
Uzee Usman added, “Happy birthday, my own 001A.”
Adekanla Desalu wrote, “Happy birthday, brother. God’s blessings.”
Oyindamola Sanni said, “Happy birthday, bestest.”
Lala Akindoju enthusiastically wrote, “Happy birthday!!!!!”
In response, Afolayan reflected on the reasons for his continued existence as he celebrated his 49th year.
In a social media post accompanied by several pictures, Afolayan expressed his gratitude for life.
He wrote, “I am alive today because God loves me, because the universe loves me, because you love me, which is why Ire follows me everywhere. Thank you all for loving me. I am a year older.”
