Sanwo-Olu reassures Lagos students about his focus on their welfare

Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to the welfare and development of children and students across Lagos State.
The governor made this known through his representative, Jamiu Tolani Alli-Balogun, during the commissioning of the Senator Oluremi Tinubu secondary school in Abaranje.
In his address, the governor highlighted key educational policies and programmes implemented by the state government to improve learning outcomes.
He specifically referenced the Eko Excel Programme, noting that it has significantly enhanced teaching and learning through specialised training for teachers and improved classroom engagement for students.
Furthermore, he assured residents that quality was not compromised in the construction of the newly commissioned secondary school, stressing that only the best materials were used for the project.
He also commended Honorable Kehinde Joseph for his role in facilitating the project, describing him as a leader committed to the development of his constituency.
Addressing residents of Abaranje, the governor appreciated their patience, resilience, and continued support, noting that their perseverance has yielded positive results.
He, however, urged the community to see the school as a collective asset that must be protected and sustained, adding that access to quality education would give students in the area a competitive advantage.
