Shettima heads to Maiduguri for project commissioning, Gov. Zulum’s family wedding
Vice President Kashim Shettima has departed Abuja for Maiduguri, Borno State.
During the visit, Shettima is expected to commission several key facilities, including the Government House Clinic, the Presidential Lodge, and the Protocol Office, among others.
The Vice President will also attend the wedding fatiha of Governor Babagana Zulum’s children, where he is billed to serve as the special guest of honour.
The ceremony is scheduled for Saturday.
Accompanying Shettima on the trip are the Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Arc. Ahmed Musa Dangiwa, and the Minister of State for Regional Development, Uba Maigari Ahmadu.
