Nigerian TikToker, Oladimeji Hammed, popularly known as Immunizer, has been arraigned before an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court in Lagos for allegedly harassing Omowunmi Cynthia Aloba, widow of the late singer, Mohbad.
The 27-year-old was arraigned by the Lagos State Police Command on a six-count charge bordering on cyberstalking, bullying, and publishing harmful, insulting and provocative content directed at Omowunmi.
According to the prosecution, Hammed allegedly published a series of harmful and provocative posts against Omowunmi between February 8 and March 14, 2026, including claims that she planned to flee Nigeria before justice was served in her husband’s death and allegations relating to her personal life.
The prosecution further alleged that he shared content claiming private material belonging to the widow had been leaked online and later posted a video containing derogatory remarks suggesting her involvement in a hidden agenda concerning Mohbad’s affairs.
The final count alleged that the defendant published nude images and other content intended to ridicule, harass and bully her.
According to the prosecution, the alleged online attacks culminated in an incident on March 15 in which Omowunmi was publicly confronted and nearly assaulted by members of the public. It added that the posts exposed her to public ridicule, hatred, trolling and physical threats.
Hammed pleaded not guilty to all charges when they were read to him in court.
The court granted him bail on strict conditions, including two sureties who must each provide evidence of a bank balance of at least N700,000. One surety must be a state civil servant, while the other must be a blood relative of the defendant, with both required to provide evidence of up-to-date tax compliance.
