Timini Egbuson brags about ‘A tribe called Judah’ success

Nollywood actor, Timini Egbuson, one of the casts of Funke Akindele’s successful blockbuster, ‘A tribe called Judah,’ has taken to social media to brag about his performance.

The 36-year-old actor took to his official X account to brag about the success of the film as well as his character.

“Lead actor, 1 billion Naira + grossing movie and no be Lover boy/spoilt kid role. Shey una go shut up now?” he posted.

Egbuson played the role of Pere, one of the sons of Judah, who is popular among his brothers for stealing. He was one of the major acts of the film.

Meanwhile, President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the film’s producer Funke Akindele for breaking the record of the highest-grossing movie in Nigeria with her latest film, A Tribe Called Judah.

In a press statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, on Friday, the President praised Akindele’s ingenuity, creativity, and immense artistic talents, which he said have put Nigeria’s entertainment industry on the global map.

The film has currently grossed over N1 billion in cinemas since its release.
