Tinubu approves hostels, road construction for Abuja law school

By Kunle Sanni –
President Bola Tinubu has approved the construction of two 300-capacity hostels for the Nigerian Law School in Abuja, along with the construction of an access road linking the Body of Benchers Secretariat in the Jabi District to Nile University.
The directive, issued to the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, was announced on Tuesday by the minister’s Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications, Lere Olayinka.
According to the statement, the projects will be executed under emergency provisions. The hostels—one for male students and the other for female students—are expected to ease accommodation challenges at the Law School, while the new road is intended to help decongest traffic around the headquarters of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
