VP Shettima condoles NNPCL GCEO Kyari over daughter’s demise

Vice President Kashim Shettima has extended his condolences to the family of the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), Mele Kyari, following the death of his daughter, Fatima Kyari.

Fatima, aged 25, passed away on Friday.

VP Shettima, in his condolence message, prayed for the peaceful repose of the late Fatima and asked God to grant the family the strength to bear the painful loss of their daughter, who was in her prime.

This was contained in a statement issued on Friday by Stanley Nkwocha, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Communications.

The Vice President, along with other mourners, attended the funeral prayers, which were held at the Annur Mosque in Abuja.
