Burna Boy is family, Skepta is my blood, says Wizkid

Award winning music star Wizkid has referred to Burna Boy as his family and Skepta as his blood.

Wizkid, speaking in an interview with Manny Norté on the Norte Show, spoke on how he met Burna Boy while he was working on his ‘African Giant’ album.

The father of four further referred to Burna Boy as his family, adding that having two great people in the same room will undoubtedly result in some amazing music.

“Burna Boy and I are like family, when you have two great people in the room, you are bound to make amazing music,” he said.

On his relationship with British rapper, Skepta, Wizkid said Skepta remains one of the few artists he would always create a banger with.

“Skepta remains one of the few artists I will always make bangers with. You will never get a wizkid and skepta song that is not a banger. Skepta is blood, we have a connection that is beyond music.”
