How Osun-born actor, Sisi Quadri died

Colleagues of Tolani Quadri Oyebamiji popularly known as Sisi Quadri in the theatre industry on Saturday stormed Iwo, Osun State to pay hiim last respect.

His colleagues in the industry, residents, and indigenes of Iwo could not hide their emotion and burst into tears as they bid him final farewell.
It was gathered that the late Nollywood actor after receiving treatment for malaria at a hospital in Ori-Erú area in Iwo, later developed hiccups five days ago.
But when the hiccups persisted, the doctor advised him to go for medical test at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Teaching Hospital, LAUTECH, Ogbomoso in Oyo State.
It was further learnt that on Friday morning, Sisi Quadri, in company of his brother, were joking till they get to Ogbomoso.
On getting to Ogbomoso, he was attended to immediately, but everything was said to get complicated about three o’clock in the afternoon, and Sisi Quadri said goodbye to the world at half past three in the afternoon.
On Friday night, they brought his body to the General Hospital in Iwo, and was buried in front of his house located in Agbowo Area of Iwo on Saturday. Sisi Quadri died on Friday at the age of 44.
