JUST IN: President Tinubu meets U.S. State Department Advisor in Paris

President Bola Tinubu on Thursday met with Massad Boulos, Senior Advisor for Africa at the U.S. State Department, in Paris, France.

The high-level meeting focused on strengthening regional security efforts, particularly in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), with both parties exploring ways to work with partners to build lasting peace in the region.

They also discussed strategies to expand economic cooperation across Africa, highlighting the growing partnership between the United States and African nations.

President Tinubu had, on April 2, embarked on a short working visit to Paris.
