Onidimu of Idimu arrives venue for Abaranje secondary school’s commissioning

His Royal Majesty, Surakat Noah Olayiwola Adefimihan, has arrived at the Abaranje Community School field for the official commissioning of the ultra-modern Abaranje Secondary School.

The monarch, who is the Madarikan of Abaranje, was sighted at the venue in a white flowing agbada, accompanied by members of his entourage, at about 9:50 a.m.

The event marks a historic milestone for residents of Abaranje Okerube in Ikotun, as it is the first public-owned secondary school to be established in the community.

Notably, the development is expected to address longstanding educational challenges in the area, particularly access to quality public secondary education.

According to available information, the school is designed to accommodate over 720 students upon full operation.

The project was facilitated by Kehinde Joseph, who represents Alimosho Constituency II in the Lagos State House of Assembly.

Meanwhile, the commissioning ceremony has attracted several dignitaries, including top officials of the Lagos State Government.

As of the time of filing this report, preparations were ongoing at the venue, with guests and stakeholders gathering for the formal inauguration of the facility.
