President Tinubu arrives in Lagos for yuletide celebrations
President Bola Tinubu on Thursday afternoon arrived in Lagos for this year’s Christmas and New Year celebrations.
The presidential plane conveying him touched down at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport at exactly 3.55 pm.
He arrived in company with two of his close friends and principal aides.
The President is scheduled to stay in Lagos for the Christmas period and the new year 2024.
He is also expected to broadcast to the country on the occasion of the New Year.
On ground to receive the president at the airport were Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-olu and other members of his cabinet before he was taken to State House Dodan Barracks by a presidential helicopter.
