Aiyedatiwa appoints Microcredit Agency chairman, 374 other aides

Ondo State Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa has appointed Oyinkansola Aroloye as the new chairman of the Ondo State Microcredit Agency.

The governor also approved the appointment of 374 senior special assistants and special assistants as part of the second batch of aides appointed by his administration.

The appointments were contained in a statement issued on Tuesday by the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan, in Akure.

According to the statement, Aroloye will oversee the affairs of the state’s Microcredit Agency in her new capacity.

However, the statement did not disclose the portfolios or specific responsibilities assigned to the newly appointed senior  assistants and special assistants.

The latest appointments followed the earlier approval of the first batch of political aides by the governor as he continues to constitute his administration’s team.

The statement added that the third batch of senior special assistants and special assistants  would be announced at a later date.

The latest appointments bring the governor’s aides into additional positions across the state as the Aiyedatiwa administration continues to strengthen its team and assign responsibilities to political appointees.
