Others are 44 officers in Environmental Health Services, 315 in Finance and Supplies, and 360 in Works, Housing, Lands and Survey.

Presenting the promotion letters on behalf of the commission, its Chairman, Bashorun Akinwale Solomon Akinwole, said the exercise reflects Governor Seyi Makinde’s commitment to workers’ welfare, motivation and career development in the local government service.

Akinwole said the administration remains committed to building a professional, efficient and motivated workforce capable of delivering quality services at the grassroots. He added that the timely release of the promotion letters demonstrates the government’s resolve to reward diligence and dedication.

He congratulated the promoted officers and urged them to see the advancement as both recognition of their hard work and a call to greater responsibility. He also reaffirmed the commission’s commitment to regular promotion exercises, staff development and improved welfare.

Responding on behalf of the beneficiaries, representatives of the promoted workers thanked Gov. Makinde and the commission for the exercise, describing it as a morale booster that would inspire greater productivity and enhance service delivery across local government councils in the state.
