Popular Nigerian skitmaker Sanku dies in road crash

Popular Nigerian comedian and skitmaker, Sanku, has tragically died following a fatal car accident along Ogbomoso Road in Oyo State on Monday.

The sad news was confirmed by actor Yemi Elesho on his social media platforms.

Earlier, influencer Jidex had shared a video of the wrecked vehicle, revealing that several passengers sustained injuries in the crash. Unfortunately, Sanku and another victim were critically injured, with the comedian later confirmed dead.

“This is heartbreaking,” Jidex lamented. “Someone who left home in good health is suddenly gone. It is painful, especially coming just a day after the passing of Phyna’s sister, Ruth Otabor.”

News of Sanku’s death has triggered an outpouring of grief on social media, as colleagues, fans, and well-wishers continue to mourn the comedian and pay tribute to his impact on the entertainment industry.
