President Tinubu mourns Hajiya Dada Yar’Adua
President Bola Tinubu on Monday expressed his condolences to the Yar’Adua family following the passing of Hajiya Dada.
Hajiya Dada, the mother of the late former President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua and the late General Shehu Musa Yar’Adua, passed away on Monday at an advanced age.
In a statement released by his spokesperson, Ajuri Ngelale, President Tinubu also extended his sympathies to Senator Abdulaziz Musa Yar’Adua, the people of Katsina State, and all those whose lives were touched by the late matriarch.
The President mourned Hajiya Dada and praised her enduring legacy of compassion, faith, honesty, and fellowship.
President Tinubu prayed for the repose of her soul and affirmed that the cherished matriarch of the Yar’Adua family would always be remembered for the support, peace, joy, and comfort she brought to many.
