JUST IN: Ondo govt releases 2026 BECE results

The Ondo State Government has released the results of the 2025/2026 Basic Education Certificate Examination, with 60,184 out of 60,942 candidates declared successful.

The results were released by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology following the examination conducted across the 18 local government areas of the state.

Speaking on the development, the Permanent Secretary of the ministry, Dr. Akindele Ige, said 60,942 students participated in the examination.

Ige directed parents and guardians to access their children’s results through the ministry’s examination portal using the examination PINs issued to the candidates.

The results can be accessed through www.odsgexams.com, according to the ministry.

Additionally, the Director of Examination Management in the ministry, Mrs. Titilayo Udoh, said 60,184 candidates, representing 99.3 per cent of those who sat for the examination, were successful.

Udoh congratulated the successful candidates and urged them to adopt effective examination techniques, including systematic approaches to answering questions.

She also advised students to develop good study habits, follow examination instructions and manage their time properly, saying the skills would improve their performance in future academic assessments.
