Tinubu condoles Kemi Adeosun over husband’s death

President Bola Tinubu has expressed condolences to former Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun, following the death of her husband, Anthony Adeniyi Adeosun.

Anthony Adeosun, 62, died on Wednesday, according to a statement issued on Thursday by the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga.

The President also sympathised with the Adeosun family, friends and business associates over the loss, urging them to find solace in the late Adeosun’s legacy of faith, community service and charitable works.

Tinubu noted the tributes that have followed Anthony Adeosun’s death, particularly testimonies highlighting his commitment to supporting the less privileged.

The President prayed for God to grant the former minister and her family the strength to bear the loss and for the repose of the deceased’s soul.

Anthony Adeniyi Adeosun was 62.
