Sanwo-Olu’s book preserves Lagos history, says Obasa

Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa, has described the newly unveiled visual documentary book, Sanwo-Olu: Against All Odds, as a significant record of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s leadership journey and achievements.

Obasa made the remark after attending the unveiling of the publication alongside other distinguished Nigerians.

According to the Speaker, the book offers a compelling account of resilience, purposeful leadership and the steady transformation of Lagos State through impactful governance and people-centred policies.

He commended everyone involved in producing the documentary book, noting that documenting the collective journey of the state is essential for preserving history and inspiring future generations.

“Documenting our collective journey is essential, as it preserves history, inspires future generations, and provides an enduring record of the milestones achieved in the service of our people,” Obasa said.
