Veteran actress Peju Ogunmola’s only child, dies
The family of star actress Peju Ogunmola has been thrown into mourning, following the death of her only child, Shina Ayomikun.
Reports indicate that Ayomikun died after he tripped in the bathroom. Sources close to the family disclosed that the young man, who was said to be alone, reportedly slipped and fell to his death.
The deceased had completed his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) some months back.
The veteran actress, who is the daughter of late Yoruba theatre legend, Kola Ogunmola, and wife to popular comic actor, Sunday Omobolanle, also known as Papi Luwe is said to be totally distraught following the tragic loss.
The 59-year-old actress has had her share of personal tragedies. Peju Ogunmola lost her actor brother, Yomi Ogunmola to the cold hands of death on July 10, 2003, at 44 years of age.
