PHOTO NEWS: Tinubu, Gov. Diri commission key infrastructure projects in Bayelsa

President Bola Tinubu on Friday commissioned major infrastructure projects in Bayelsa State, alongside Governor Douye Diri, in a move aimed at strengthening transportation networks, improving power supply, and boosting economic activities across the state.
The commissioning exercise featured the inauguration of several “legacy projects” executed by the state government, with emphasis on expanding opportunities for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and improving critical infrastructure.
Also in attendance is former President Goodluck Jonathan and his wife, Patience alongside Senate President Godswill Akpabio and other top government officials at the commissioning ceremony.

Among the key projects inaugurated were the Yenagoa–Gbaramatu road, the 630-metre Angiama–Oporoma bridge, and the Sagbama–Ekeremor road, all described as strategic to improving connectivity and economic development within the state.
