Soun of Ogbomoso hails commissioning of Sarumi Shopping Complex in Lagos

The Soun of Ogbomoso, Oba Ghandi Afolabi Olaoye, has commended the commissioning of the Sarumi Shopping Complex in Lagos, describing it as a symbol of vision, resilience, and entrepreneurial excellence.

Oba Olaoye, who attended the event on Saturday, said the landmark project was conceived and executed by Alhaji Alimi Sarumi, the Bashorun Musulumi of Ogbomosoland in Lagos.

According to the monarch, the edifice is more than a physical structure; it is a lasting testament to the entrepreneurial spirit that defines the Ogbomoso people.

“My heart swells with pride to witness one of our own lifting the banner of excellence so high,” Oba Olaoye stated.

He urged sons and daughters of Ogbomoso to draw inspiration from Sarumi’s accomplishment and to focus on building enduring legacies that would positively impact generations to come.
