The new presidential pardon list at a glance

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, exercising the powers conferred on him under Section 175 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (1999, as amended), has approved the 2025 presidential prerogative of mercy, granting clemency and pardon to selected individuals.

The instruments, dated October 21, 2025, were issued under S.I. No. 78 of 2025.
