JUST IN: Yar’adua’s mother, Dada, dies In Katsina

Hajiya Dada Yar’adua, the mother of former President Umaru Musa Yar’adua and General Shehu Musa Yar’adua, who was the Chief of Staff, Supreme Headquarters under General Obasanjo’s military regime, has died.

Western Post gathered that she passed away on Monday evening at the Katsina Teaching Hospital after a brief illness.

Hajiya Dada was also the mother of Senator Abdulaziz Musa Yar’adua, the current Chairman of the Senate Committee on Army.

Burial arrangements will be announced later by the family.
