Tinubu inspects Republican Guards of Honour during state visit to France

President Bola Tinubu, on Thursday, inspected the Republican Guards of Honour in France as part of his three-day state visit at the invitation of French President Emmanuel Macron.
The ceremonial inspection was held at the Hôtel National des Invalides, a historic military museum in Paris.
Accompanied by the First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, President Tinubu was received by President Macron and his wife, Brigitte Macron, in the foyer of the Invalides. The event also featured a 20-minute military parade.
The Nigerian President and First Lady had arrived in France on Wednesday. They were hosted at the Palais de l’Élysée, the French presidential residence, by President Macron and his wife.
