Iheme Nancy, Sarah Martins insist Blessing CEO must apologise at Bimbo’s grave

Nollywood actresses Iheme Nancy and Sarah Martins have weighed in on the ongoing public discussion surrounding Blessing Okoro, popularly known as Blessing CEO, insisting that the self-acclaimed therapist must visit the grave of late Bimbo Ogbonna to demonstrate genuine remorse.

Their criticisms followed Blessing CEO’s public apology to anyone who might have been offended by her past actions and utterances, in which she declared her readiness to make amends. In their reactions, the actresses referenced the controversy surrounding Bimbo, the late wife of Blessing’s current partner, IVD.

Nancy, in a video shared on her Instagram page on Tuesday, insisted that Blessing was aware of those she had offended. While acknowledging the importance of forgiveness, she urged her to visit Bimbo’s family and graveside to seek forgiveness and pray for God’s intervention.

“It’s only God that can forgive you, and before He will, you have to go back to IVD’s late wife, Bimbo’s grave to beg!” Nancy said.

Similarly, Sarah Martins penned a message to Blessing, urging her to seek forgiveness from the deceased by visiting Bimbo’s grave. “Dear Blessing CEO, your apology should begin with a visit to Bimbo’s grave, where you should sincerely seek her forgiveness,” she wrote.

According to Martins, Blessing crossed the line by mocking the late woman and flaunting her husband, describing the actions as “deeply insensitive and absolutely unacceptable”. She added that while the living might forgive, Blessing’s actions went beyond what a genuine apology could easily repair.

Martins also urged Blessing to take responsibility for her actions and demonstrate genuine transformation through sincere repentance and a renewed relationship with God, saying this would allow Him to rebuild her life.

The actress acknowledged that Blessing’s pain might be deeper than anyone could understand but stressed that public sympathy and human forgiveness could not replace the peace, healing and redemption that only God could provide. She concluded by wishing her genuine repentance.
