Ex-Lagos Attorney-General emerges President of Ansar-ud-Deen Society

Former Lagos State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Adeniji Kazeem, SAN, has been named the new President of the Ansar-ud-Deen Society worldwide.
His emergence was confirmed on Sunday evening through a consensus arrangement, following the conclusion of the two-term leadership of his predecessor, Alhaji Aare AbdulRafiu Sani.
The society also announced other key appointments into its executive council. Dr. Ibrahim Yusuf, former National Commissioner for Policy, Personnel, Management, and Finance at the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), was named Deputy President.
Former National President of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), Alhaji Najeem Yasin, was appointed Vice President (North).

Retired Justice Moshood Ajeigbe – Osun State
Alhaji Tesleem Adediran – Oyo State
Alhaji Sulaiman Ogunlayi – Ekiti State
Alhaji Yusuf Adesina Soliu – Ondo State
Alhaji Abdul-Rahman Olabode Salaudeen was announced as the new National Secretary among other executive members.
In his acceptance speech, Kazeem pledged to build on the society’s legacy and reposition it for greater impact.
He also highlighted plans to harness modern media tools to amplify the society’s programs and expand the reach of its key initiatives, including Summit University in Offa.
