Renewed Hope Ambassadors congratulate Oyebanji on Ekiti election victory

The Renewed Hope Ambassadors (RHA) have congratulated Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, on his victory in the state’s governorship election, describing the outcome as a strong endorsement of his administration’s performance and development agenda.

In a statement signed by its Director of Media and Publicity, Tunde Rahman, on Monday, the group hailed the governor’s landslide victory and commended the people of Ekiti State for what it described as a peaceful, transparent and widely participated election.

“We heartily congratulate Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji on his landslide victory in Saturday’s Ekiti State governorship election,” the statement read.

The group also congratulated the South-West Zonal Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors and Chairman of the Nigerian Ports Authority, Chief Dayo Adeyeye, as well as the Ekiti State Coordinator and the 16 Local Government Coordinators for their roles in securing the victory.

Applauding voters in the state, the organisation stated: “We applaud the people of Ekiti State for a peaceful, transparent, and well-attended poll.”

The group attributed the electoral success in part to the policies of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, saying, “The decision of the Ekiti people reflects strong confidence in Governor Oyebanji’s Shared Prosperity Agenda and its alignment with President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope vision for Nigeria.”

The statement further commended the Director-General of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, Hope Uzodimma, Deputy Director-General Uba Sani, Secretary Mohammed Inuwa Yahaya, and other governors for their contributions to the APC’s victory.

According to the group, Governor Oyebanji’s first term produced “visible results in infrastructure, agriculture, youth empowerment, healthcare, and education,” adding that the renewed mandate should serve as “a call on the governor to do more in his second term.”

The Renewed Hope Ambassadors reaffirmed their commitment to supporting the APC ahead of future elections and promoting the achievements of the Tinubu administration.

“As Renewed Hope Ambassadors, our work has only just begun. We must work for the victory of the APC candidate in the Osun Governorship Election and continue the task of articulating and disseminating the reforms and achievements of President Tinubu,” the statement said.
