JUST IN: Atiku, Makinde in closed-doors meeting with former military leader Babangida

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde have just entered into a closed-doors meeting this Tuesday afternoon with former military president, General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida.

The meeting is holding at the hilltop residence of the former military ruler in Minna, Niger State capital.

Atiku arrived IBB house a few minutes after 1pm and immediately went into a closed-door session with the former president.

About 40 minutes later, Oyo State Governor Makinde also joined the meeting.

Western Post could not immediately ascertain what the meeting is all about, but sources say it might not be unconnected with the politics of 2027.
