Jarvis rejects Peller’s claim of taking responsibility for her family

Popular Nigerian TikToker Elizabeth Amadou, widely known as Jarvis, has rejected her husband Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, claiming responsibility for her family.
The couple got into a heated argument during a livestream on Friday after Peller claimed that he and Jarvis were like parents to her younger sister.
Jarvis immediately warned him never to make such a statement again. However, the disagreement escalated when Peller suggested that he and Jarvis would choose a husband for her younger sister, insisting that she lived under their roof, despite his disapproval of having his own family members stay with them.
Jarvis fired back, saying that if her parents had chosen a husband for her, Peller would have been the last person they would pick.
Peller became visibly irritated and removed Jarvis from the livestream, complaining during the remainder of the broadcast that he was being disrespected because of his physique and age.
Hours after the TikTok stars ended their livestream, Jarvis released another video clarifying that Peller was not responsible for her family and that she would never allow such an arrangement.
She insisted that Peller was only responsible for her and their unborn child, dismissing his claim that he took care of her younger sister.
“I take care of my family, and I just want that to be clear. My husband is not responsible for my family. God forbid, I would never let that happen. That’s why I don’t allow any of my family members to ask my husband for anything. His only responsibility is to me and our baby,” she said.
