A young woman, identified only as Boluwatife, was discovered wandering late at night in the Ijapo area of Akure, leaving residents worried about her strange condition.
Westen Post reports that the woman, estimated to be in her mid-20s, appeared disoriented and could not recall basic personal details.
She was reportedly holding a pair of slippers and had been dropped off by an unknown vehicle.
In a video currently circulating on Facebook, Boluwatife, dressed in a yellow sleeveless top and skinny trousers, was seen looking confused and unsure of her location.
When approached by residents, she managed to give her name as Boluwatife, but she could not provide any other information.
Efforts to locate her home or contact her relatives proved unsuccessful, as she struggled to speak coherently.
According to the footage, the only detail she could recall was that she is from Ondo State. Some onlookers speculated that she might have been a victim of ritualists, pointing to her inability to communicate clearly as a cause for concern.
A voice heard in the video recommended that Boluwatife receive spiritual support, noting that her situation should serve as a cautionary example for young women.
