Nollywood actress Adunni Ade reveals birth of baby girl

Nollywood actress Adunni Ade has revealed that she welcomed a baby girl, Baby Sal, two years ago.

The actress made the disclosure on Sunday while celebrating her birthday, explaining that she chose to keep the news private to protect her peace and enjoy the blessing away from public attention.

Sharing maternity photographs on Instagram, Adunni said the journey came with silent battles and personal challenges that helped shape her strength and resilience.

“Today, on my birthday, I’m finally sharing what we’ve protected for over two years. We chose privacy, not because we owed anyone secrecy, but because peace is priceless, and not everything good needs an audience,” she wrote.

Addressing public perceptions, the actress said not every single mother fits into society’s assumptions, stressing that not every story is rooted in scandal or controversy.

According to her, Baby Sal is an answered prayer and evidence that God still writes beautiful stories in His own time after a journey that lasted almost a decade.

Adunni, who has two sons from a previous relationship, also clarified that no home was broken in the process of welcoming her daughter.

She thanked her supporters for their love and goodwill, praying that they too would experience their own blessings.
