Peggy Ovire accuses Fredrick Leonard of infidelity, stalling divorce process

Actress Peggy Ovire has accused her estranged husband, Fredrick Leonard, of openly cheating with a married woman while deliberately delaying their divorce process.

The actress, who had earlier hinted at their separation through a cryptic WhatsApp post in May, took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday with fresh allegations against Fredrick. She also reposted some of her earlier posts that had hinted at a marital crisis.

According to her, Fredrick requested a divorce but failed to appear in court when served, sending his lawyer instead. She further accused her estranged husband of being involved with a married woman who has four children.

“You said you wanted a divorce, yet you didn’t show up when you were served,” she wrote.

She pleaded with Fredrick not to avoid the customary court for a second time, adding that she would present her evidence during the proceedings scheduled for June 23, 2026.

“Please don’t avoid the customary court for the second time on June 23rd, because I’m coming with receipts and let’s make this divorce done and dusted, so both of you can finally be together.”

Reposting her previous allegations of infidelity, she asked rhetorically what anyone would do if they discovered that their partner was having an affair with a married woman with children. She further accused Fredrick of misleading her into believing that the woman was only a friend.

She also disclosed that the alleged lover attended her wedding, but she had no issue with it at the time because she believed the relationship between the woman and Fredrick was merely casual. She questioned whether anyone would remain married to such a man after discovering what she described as evidence of their affair.
