Nollywood actor Blossom Chukwujekwu welcomes first child

Nollywood actor Blossom Chukwujekwu, and his wife, Pastor Ehinome Chukwujekwu, have welcomed their first child together.

News of the birth was shared by Christ Embassy Lagos Virtual Zone Phenom Church via its Instagram page on Sunday. The church also disclosed the baby’s name as Angela-Ritsa Evanna Chukwujekwu.

In its congratulatory message, the church prayed that the family’s home would be filled with “divine love, joy and God’s grace,” describing the baby as “this beautiful gift from the Lord.”

The couple got traditionally married on May 20, 2022, in Benin City, Edo State. They later held their white wedding at Christ Embassy, also known as LoveWorld Incorporated or Believers’ Loveworld.

Blossom made his acting debut in 2009 with the lead role in the soap opera Portrait of Passion. He won the Best Supporting Actor award at the 2015 Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards for his role in Knocking on Heaven’s Door.

As of the time of filing this report, the couple had yet to issue a personal statement confirming the church’s announcement.
